About Ecologie
Ecologie is a landscape design and installation company here in Boise, Idaho. Taking the Ecology of every place into consideration, we specialize in creating thoughtful, practical, and responsible spaces in your yard or garden. These can include native/regional landscapes, xeriscapes and water-wise plans, and pollinator spaces. Adding hardscaping can achieve natural effects as well as access and borders.
To get there, we consider and integrate pattern and arrangement, grading, drainage, irrigation, plantings, and hardscape features.
We start with what you have, then help you build and grow where you want to go. Sometimes this is a single step: demolition and make-over. Or you can embark on a series of phases that gradually transform your landscape over multiple seasons, according to a plan we can help you develop.
Ecologie Landscapes was started in 2014 by Boise native, Andrea Schulz. With a college background in Ecology, Andrea puts her knowledge, landscaping skills, and love of plants to work, helping you create yard and garden spaces that reflect your objectives. In her free time, she enjoys backpacking and hiking, art, woodcraft, and time with her Husky.
